Sales Procedure

Add customer’s information to Powercode (Name, Email, Phone, Location, and County) and create their account.

After creating their account determine if you can provide them service.

If yes,

  • Give them the correct pricing in their area (Check website)
  • Explain the difference between contract and no contract
  • Close the deal

If no,

  • Let them know about any pending sites in their area
  • Suggest the possibilities of a tower and you can refer them to Paul Neuville for a tower= if needed

If/when customer wants install create job with all pertinent job notes:

  • The plan and contract agreed with by customer
  • Any costs involved in installation
  • Premise information (tower, steep pitch roof, router, etc)
  • Customer’s phone number or location contact

After completing your job notes save job in standby.

Navigate back to customer’s home tab and create call log with info from job notes

If you didn’t make the sale and the customer left the call interested, create a call log detailing the conversation, escalate the ticket to yourself and follow up with the customer at a later date.
