You should offer an upgrade to a customer in the following situations:
- The customer is on 900 equipment and has a good signal and they are in a Freedom 450 coverage area.
- The customer is currently maxing out their bandwidth on 900 equipment.
- The customer is having service related issues on 900 equipment.
If you have successfully sold the customer on a upgrade, create job with all pertinent job notes:
- Cost/comps
- Pertinent stats from the SM (Receive Power, LCT, etc)
- Premise information (Tower, roof, etc)
- Customer’s phone number or location contact
After completing your job notes save job in standby.
Navigate back to customer’s home tab and create call log with info from job notes
Send Eversign document to customer and wait for their response.
After receiving completed Eversign call customer and schedule job.
