Equipment Pick-Up Procedure

Create job with all pertinent job notes:

  • Detailed information on the customer’s issue
  • Pertinent stats from the SM (Receive Power, LCT, etc)
  • Premise information (Tower, roof, etc)
  • Customer’s phone number or location contact

After completing your job notes save job in standby.

Navigate back to customer’s home tab and create call log with info from job notes

Send Eversign document to customer and wait for their response.

After receiving completed Eversign call customer and schedule job.
