When Scheduling Jobs: Contact Elliot or Alex for any questions regarding scheduling.

  • Is this the correct area for the installer?

          Green=Alex, Billy. Orange, Yellow= Mike

  • Does the job make sense in the installer’s route? Always schedule jobs out from farthest to closest to the technicians home location. For Alex and Billy we want to end their days closer to Random Lake. For Mike, we want to end his day closer to Lakewood, WI.

Notes: Alex and Billy do not travel above Brown, Kewaunee, and Outagamie counties. Mike is responsible for all counties above and including Outagamie, Brown, and Kewaunee counties.

Sometimes, jobs get lost in standby. They can be recovered by clicking the button labelled ‘STAND BY’ in the bottom right corner.
