This call is only needed if the customer’s account doesn’t have the following:
- Contract
- E-mail Address
- Physical Address
- Billing Info
If they’re needed, place an outbound to the customer.
1 Day Response Script
“Hello, this is (your name) calling from Bertram Internet. I am calling to verify the billing information and email address on your account.
We have example@example.net as the email on file, and a card ending in 1234 with the expiration of x/xx on automatic payments. Is this accurate?”
